Why the Virtues Course?
As a mother of two happy, confident, respectful, loving, mature teenage children who are striving toward their dreams, I feel so fortunate that I came across The Virtues Project™ and took the course myself when my kids were 5 and 3 years old. As we know, children don’t come with a guidebook and Oprah was right when she said that “this course is one”. It was a transformative experience for me and not only gave me all the necessary specific tools and techniques but also brought such a joyful and respectful tone into my home that has remained ever since. It has made such an impact to my life and I find it as relevant today as I did when the kids were little. I am so proud to now be a certified facilitator of this same course that meant so much to me and now dedicate my time to sharing it with others.
Why Do You Also Offer the ‘Circle of Security - Parenting After Separation’ course?
When my children were aged 12 and 10 I went through a separation and divorce with my husband of 15 years. We were able to navigate it in a peaceful, respectful and compassionate manner and always put our childrens needs first. I see many families who have the best intentions for their children but inadvertently cause a lot of damage and lasting trauma to their kids during separation and divorce. This breaks my heart as it is completely avoidable by following the strategies in ‘The Circle of Security’ Course. I became a certified facilitator of this course so I could help single parents confidently master the art of single parenting and co-parenting.
